Russell is a really nice guy who and top notch when it came to helping me buy my 2023 Chevy Bolt. The process started in July 2022 when I contacted him via email to inquire about buying the car. Russell responded to my email even though he was on a weekend trip with his family! He then proceeded to help me figure out what I wanted in the car and suggested putting in an order even though it did not commit me to making the purchase. Russell gave me a heads up that the car was arriving this week and scheduled an appointment with him I wouldn't have to wait to test drive the car. When I arrived at the dealership, he did a quick tutorial before I took the Bolt for a drive. The car is great and Russell continued to help me through the buying process. He encouraged me to call if I had any questions once I start driving the car. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buy a car. More

I took delivery of one of the first 2023 Chevy Bolt today. Russell Carter (my salesman) took order through email and has been updating the build status every couple weeks via email.
