This is my second new car I have purchased at Toyota Direct and it was a wonderful experience. My salesman, Russell Doddroe, was not only very friendly, courteous and professional but he was very knowledgable about the Toyota brand. He explained everything about the 2011 Toyota Camry I needed or wanted to know. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of by staying open late past closing time while I was test driving a car of another brand at another dealership. Russell and his son Derrek were so kind to drive me back to work the next day before I took delivery of the new car that day when I had no way of getting back after dropping off the rental car I was driving. What a pleasant surprise it was when Russell presented my shiny and prepped new Camry to me with a congratulations banner on the windshield along with helium balloons. I would highly recommend Russell Doddroe to anyone buying a car. More
