Hello, I'm a 23 year old guy who moved up to Orlando a few months ago. My family and friends are still down in Miami but driving down in my 98 4Runner was costing me over $250 in a gas each weekend just a few months ago. I walked in the door looking for a 2012 Genesis they were selling. Russell was very straight forward and professional about all the info and likely hood of my getting approved at a rate that I could afford. Turns out the 2013 Lancer GT(with 4 miles on it!) was close to $6000 cheaper and more in my budget. He did not push me for the sale, spoke to me like I am a person and not some kid(which has happened to me before). After running the numbers I was approved at my budget and very happy with my purchase! Would recommend the dealership and Russell to anyone looking for a new or used car! More

This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. The staff was very friendly and Russell was very knowledegable about the car we were looking to purchase. My name is Mike Bono my wife & I stopped by at RC Hills Mitsubishi near the middle of June 2013. A happy person came up to us and said my is Russell Ervast. We told him we have been to all the other dealers in Deland. We asked Russell what Mitsubishi could do for us. My wife choose to check out the outlander we looked them over, sat in side while we are doing this Russell was explaining every detail and options of the vehicle, we also took the 2014 outlander for a test drive which was very great test drive He was very knowledgeable, and explained every thing also to my wife. Russell kept in touch my email twice a week we talked also on the phone. my wife said this the place we should buy. On 6-29-13 my wife & I stopped by and asked for Russell . We went inside and ran some numbers on the outlander the base model and the next outlander. we did not want high payments so we found a 2012 Mitsubishi Galant SE with only 1mile on it. Test drove it and got good price and payment. No hassle no getting mad Russell is very good at his job. Also when filling out all our paper the gentleman doing all the work was friendly and great at his job. Again no hassle. We drove to Deland from Ocala on Saturday in search of a good used car. We had seen a Mazda Miata online and were interested in that car. Even though we were disappointed that the car was not as advertised, we looked around and were very impressed by the quality of used cars available. I was interested in a sports car and he helped us narrow our selections down to ones with automatic transmissions. We selected a 2007 Mini Cooper to test drive. Russell was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and accompanied us on a test drive. We liked the way the car handled and the quality of the vehicle so we agreed to terms and purchased the car and are happy with the deal. After all papers were signed and the keys were handed over to us (after he had gassed up the car), he again went to the car with me and went over the features of the car until I was comfortable with the information. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from him. More

I was searching for a particular vehicle (RAM 1500) on "truecar.com", and found an exact match at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi, Deland, FL. After discussing the vehicle, and my financial requirements, Mike said he would crunch some numbers and get back to me, which he did very promptly. The numbers were close to the requirements I had stipulated, the variable being the value of my trade in, which understandably they needed to see in order to accurately appraise. I drove to the dealership (approximately 100 miles). Mike happened to be off that day, and Russell took over the deal. The appraisal of my trade in, and the truck were very fair. Russell presented the numbers very efficiently and understandably. The deal was within $20.00 per month of my requirements, and we closed the deal. My overall experience with R.C. Hill was as pleasant as buying a vehicle can be. Everyone I was involved with was efficient and professional. Being a non-commission dealership, there was no negotiation. Everything was presented in a clear, comprehensible, no pressure, no nonsense manner, which I appreciate. I would refer anyone I know to R.C. Hill for a new or used vehicle purchase.
