Got a vehicle delivered way after they promised, no oil change was done, car was not clean and tires were almost flat. I would not recommend. Russ is the manager and he just seem to brush it off after I s change was done, car was not clean and tires were almost flat. I would not recommend. After assuring me the vehicle I desired was free from problems I put down $500 to hold it. I then paid $200 to The Lemon Squad mechanics to go inspect the vehicle. Their report listed many problems inclu problems I put down $500 to hold it. I then paid $200 to The Lemon Squad mechanics to go inspect the vehicle. Their report listed many problems including "transmission" problems. Dealer refused to refund my deposit and still tried to sell me the defunct vehicle. I had to refute the charges on my card in order to get my deposit refunded. Stay far away from this shady dealer. More

My son and I drove in from Pittsburgh. Russ had most of the paperwork already done and just got back from putting fuel in the tank. He tossed us the keys and let us have a nice drive toget Russ had most of the paperwork already done and just got back from putting fuel in the tank. He tossed us the keys and let us have a nice drive together. It was a GO! While we waited for the bank (aren’t they always so slow) we had snacks and drinks. A+ experience all around. More

I recently bought a Buick Enclave here. My initial reaction was that I loved the sales person I was working with and trusted his knowledge and honesty. I do not live in the state and had to My initial reaction was that I loved the sales person I was working with and trusted his knowledge and honesty. I do not live in the state and had to have the car transported, which was a nightmare, not at Yalcars fault. However, once my car arrived to me there were many issues!!!! First, the cover for the hub cap was missing. They did order a new one to be delivered to my house and it’s not even close to the right piece. The car itself was not as described. Within 24 hours and driving about 20 miles, the check engine light came on, tire pressure monitoring light, and airbag light. After many calls, I finally spoke to my salesman, Mark, who assured me they would pay for any repairs. $750 and several days later, my car is repaired and nobody will contact (email or phone) me back. Very disappointed with the follow through of spoken agreements. UPDATE: the sales manager, Russ, has called me several times. Though he is very friendly, he first offered $250 for HALf of the repair of the tire pressure monitoring system repair. He states he will not address the other issues as it is “part of buying a used car”. He then calls me back the next day offering $100. I would not have had the repairs completed right before the holidays if it was not at the instruction of my sales man and the assurance of Yalcars paying for the repairs. Now nobody will answer and supposedly Melissa ( HR) is suppose to be communicating. More
