Received the vehicle off of the delivery truck with passenger door stuck. Haven’t rode a week and rotors and cam shaft have to be replaced. Gas hand did not work when I got it. Worst place I ever bought a car from with a car payment. The sales lady Danielle and Russ that I talked to were no help, saying there is not anything they could do and knew the vehicle was in that bad condition when they shipped it. I was given a 3 month warranty but of course it only pays part leaving me a costly bill for something I haven’t driven for 2!weeks plus the bill for the door and gas gauge, and second payment due. Please do not go here for a dependable vehicle. In the process with my lawyer now to look over the contract and sue. More

Bought a 17 ram from them. Knew it was as is but after getting it home I found out that both front axle shafts were blown. So took it too the shop too find out that it needed b Knew it was as is but after getting it home I found out that both front axle shafts were blown. So took it too the shop too find out that it needed both axles, both front wheel bearings, front brakes and rotors and rear pinion seal. On top of that go into the oil life setting too see that they can't even do a oil change before selling a car. It's on 9% oil life.. when asked about it they said that the warranty that I have would cover all the work. Yeah that was wrong. Won't cover anything because it was preexisting. And when asked about the oil life they said all they do is check too see if the fluids are full!!!! So sounds like they do NO safety inspection after buying them from the auction before selling them.. so need less to say I do t recommend them too anyone. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!!!!! $1200 bill that I should not have had to have!!!! Make it right!!!! Of and it only has 52000 miles!!! More
