Overall, we paid a good price for the car we purchased. After everything was said and none, we lastly had to wait nearly an hour to speak to the financial dealings person JUST so we could sign some papers and give them our payment. Additionally, we bought the car before it was detailed, therefore, we waited for it to be detailed afterwards. We drove around town waiting for the detailing to be done for about 3-4 hours. (Which the 3-4 hour wait was fine... I mean, we wanted them to take there time with the cleaning!) However, once we received the call that it was finished with detailing and arrived to the dealership, the detailing job was less than great.. There was dirt smears all over the bottom frame of the door from peoples shoes, there was sticky streaks of, what we assumed to be, cleaner product they forgot to wipe off the walls of the back seats, and strangely colored what-looked-to-be-like mold and hardened spillage in the cup holder (not to mention a bottle of their cleaning spray left in the trunk.) Overall, our experience was average and lengthy, but most of all, I had expected a better detailing job, especially having taken 3-4 hours. More

Liars and crooks We were working with Kevin. We got pre-approved over the Internet and Russ called us to say we were good to go . They pulled my credit FOUR times. We We were working with Kevin. We got pre-approved over the Internet and Russ called us to say we were good to go . They pulled my credit FOUR times. We drove 120 miles round trip to go buy a truck. They said we could buy it when if we liked it. We test drove it and was ready to sign paperwork. Then we were told that another “manager” let someone else put a deposit down on the truck, while we were driving there, and that we couldn’t buy it now. They said there was miscommunication and it shouldn’t have happened. So unprofessional and crooked!! This was management. They tried to sell us other vehicles and kept us sitting there until the other deal went through. We had a newborn and an eight year old. It was a 5 hour trip for us in all. We left the house at 4 pm and didn’t get back until 9 pm.. This was disgraceful to pre approve us, basically promise us the vehicle and then another manager sells the truck out from under us. They wouldn’t say who did it. Just blamed a manager. No one knew about it until we were ready to sign. Must have been a buddy of his. They are scammers who just want to get you in the door to sell you something else. Don’t go there!! Don’t believe a WORD they say! More
