This is only the fourth new vehicle I've bought in the
last 30 years, and the Byers experience was by far the best! Paperwork is always a pain, but Josh made it as easy as possible. Russell delivered the

Russell delivered the vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. My wife had purchased another new Mazda last year (from another dealer) and never got a hands-on setup session, and also had a small paint blemish from the factory. Russell took the time to teach her how to configure advanced features on her vehicle, and was such a boy scout he even had the right color of paint to fix it on the spot! I've got a teenager that will be buying her own car in a year or so, and as a dad, there is only ONE place I will send her! Thank you for customer service done right.
