I recently returned for the 1st checkup since our purchase & was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was, from scheduling, being informed & being completed ahead of schedule. The checkup video was a great touch & builds trust. I mentioned to the man who coordinated the appt. (sorry, I forgot his name & “official” title!) that my 10 year old son would enjoy watching the video & he even suggested bringing my son with me next time & said they could show him around the shop :) That was very nice. The Byers Mazda sales team is dedicated to customer service. I called Byers Mazda on a Friday afternoon when I could not start my vehicle while traveling. The service department was closed, but Russell Wilson in the sales department, patiently listened to what was wrong with my car, helped me figure out that my car probably had a dead battery, and walked me through using Roadside Assistance on the app. He even followed up the next day to make sure I was taken care of. I was able to have a new battery quickly installed and be on my way. I can't thank Byers Mazda enough for their assistance and their sales team’s amazing dedication for assisting their customers.
