Mr. Ry'n and I had a conversation more than two years ago in regards to a vehicle for me. So, it was no surprise that not only did he remember me he remember what it was that I was looking for in a vehicle y in regards to a vehicle for me. So, it was no surprise that not only did he remember me he remember what it was that I was looking for in a vehicle years later. That's just how personable and professional Ry'n is. I was sent pictures and even articles about the vehicle and its value. I also appreciated the fact that he contacted me for a test drive after normal business hours for a Saturday. That is the epitome of customer service. Ry'n was highly helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I mentioned some concerns and Ry'n was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward he didn’t try to hide anything about the vehicle. Even when the numbers came out wrong Ry'n and his associate addressed it and made the necessary corrections to get things rite.
