He has always helped my three children and myself in maintaining our vehicles over the years, and was a great help with the whole new car buying process. Thank you Chris, I really do appreciate the time you spent with me and guiding me in the right direction. Another great big thank you to Ryan (GM) who was so instrumental in helping me on Saturday. I can't thank you enough for finding just the right car and helping me with this purchase. You were amazing!! Oscar, bless your heart, was so sweet and patient, while I came to my decision to purchase. (I actually almost bought back in September but I just couldn't do it). He helped my son (and I) purchase his first car, in the fall of 2018. A beautiful Forte. He made the process so easy and fun for my son, but mostly for me. He is always professional and so easy to talk to. Thank you for your kindness and most of all your patience while I cleaned out my good old friend, my 2008 Kia Sedonna. I never thought I would end up buying a car that day, but I did. I felt bad leaving her after 12 wonderful years, and 185,000 miles!! What a great, dependable van she was for me!! I will miss her terribly as I have always missed any car I have traded in over the years. But she was special, as I never had such a dependable vehicle for so many years. She went to so many travel soccer games, over the years, hauling my son and his friends all over Florida and to other states as well. We went on numerous vacations, so much family time spent laughing and talking about the future. So many life changing moments she saw us through. So much furniture she moved for all of us over the years. I know I'm talking about a vehicle, but this one, was truly special. And lastly I want to thank Tim. Thank you for explaining everything to me, before I signed 100 pages of paperwork!! No really you made me laugh and make me feel good about the purchase I had just made. So yes, my car buying experience was great, but it was more than that, everyone worked together to make this experience happen, and none of it would have happened if old Bessy, (bless her heart) hadn't required some much needed, under the hood repair. We all have to go sometime, but I know you guys will fix her up, make her look pretty again and she will once again, drive down the road, with her head held high. Thank all of you for my great SUV purchase, I know I will love my new 2020 Sorento as much as my 2008 Sedonna. More
