Quick in and out....and no hassle Salesperson Jay was very helpful, didn't hassle me, and knew I had limited time. He worked through the paperwork with Ryan and Tim and they got me out of there. Jay gave me bags to unload my trade in, and helped me load my gear into the new 2020 Soul Kia. Ryan was helpful in giving me numbers as to which was the best way to buy the car, I was interested in leasing and he showed numbers that proved that to be the best route. Tim had numerous papers for me to sign, and they were all organized and marked for my easy signatures..Again, all quick and out the door. I got a call from Todd the next day, from the service dept, and he gave me his phone # to call when I needed anything. I also got a call from another employee welcoming me to Jenkins. All very helpful and professional. The facility looks great as well. But they really didn't have to do any persuading, this is my 5th Kia!!! More

Good Mornig For me it was a troubling day and I was considering giving away my car to someone who needed one. To do that I needed a new one. Nancy at a lab I go For me it was a troubling day and I was considering giving away my car to someone who needed one. To do that I needed a new one. Nancy at a lab I go to had recently gotten one and couldn't say enough about the car and the dealership. I had been interviewing everyone I saw who had the Kia Soul in parking lots for close to a year. I was looking for folks close to my age and needs. They all loved the car and were delighted to talk about it. Some of the men admitted it was the wife's car but they liked borrowing it. Mackenzie was very friendly, answered all questions without pressure and offered to help me when I was ready. The dealership is clean and well run. The price was right and I bought the Soul. Because of the other things I needed to deal with at the time, I did not pick up the car for several days. They had it ready and a full tank of gas! I absolutely love the car. For someone who does not normally drive much, in the week I have had it, I put over 1000 miles on it in all kinds of traffic. And of course, if I have any questions, I know Mackenzie is only a phone call away to answer it. Thank you to everyone at Jenkins. More
