Unfortunately, we had bad experiences in the past with other KIA dealers but his attention to detail, great communication and listening skills, and ready smile, made our visit above and beyond what we expected. Mike was also around us making sure we were well taken care of. We were then introduced to Danny who also, received us with a great smile. Danny introduced us to Edwin letting him know that we had been Kia customers 4 times. Among other things he mentioned that there was a “plan” where we can lower our cars monthly payments, customer loyalty, etc. Danny mentioned that there was one KIA Sorento Black Cherry left….that brought music to my wife’s ears. Honestly; everything was done in such a professional and smooth way that we ended up with Guy, signing financial papers after buying 2 cars; 2018 KIA Sorento and KIA Soul. Travis informed me about rebates they had going on the 2016 Kia Souls and that's what I decide to go with.
