Initially I was stressed, and overwhelmed just thinking about h I had a terrific experience with Ray Chevrolet thanks to my Salesman Tony Jensen!!! Initially I was stressed, and overwhelmed just thinking about having to go through the hectic process of buying a vehicle. I have been looking for an SUV for some time now but just didn't find anything in my price range, or that made me feel happy. It was not until Tony stepped in and made this vehicle purchasing process extraordinary. He was attentive, honest and really listened to me describing what I wanted. Not only did Tony find me the SUV of my dream and within my price range, he, management, financing and service staff stayed pass closing hours to complete this sales transaction. Never once did I feel rushed, they went above & beyond. The service and professionalism that I received throughout the process was excellent. Their knowledge made the sale flawless and I appreciate it. Its people like you at Ray Chevrolet that keeps me coming back and spreading the word how awesome you guys are!!!!!! More

He took his time and answered all my questions concerning a "Lease End Turn In" & the purchase of a new vehicle. John was going to be out of town on the day I was coming for the vehicle; but, again he put me at ease & set my appointment up with Tony Jensen. Another awesome salesman! Tony did a wonderful job; he had the patience of a saint with me and all my questions. Everyone there provides the utmost attention to the tiniest details as needed. The sales manager Ryan took his time to explain the details of the pricing, rebates, end of lease options and obligations, etc. The sale price/ loan amount numbers did not make sense but Ryan took his time to go over them with me until I "got it." Thank you Ryan once again! I had a few more questions for John, Tony after I got home...again they were answered with patience. When I called I was never put on hold or had to go through voicemail and wait days for a call back. These guys are professional, prompt and available before, during and after your purchase! Overall good experience I am very happy with the overall customer service I received at Ray Chevy, and I absolutely love the truck I bought. However, I have a few misgivings I am very happy with the overall customer service I received at Ray Chevy, and I absolutely love the truck I bought. However, I have a few misgivings about my experience that are worth sharing. While I didn't love the initial haggling on the price, I felt comfortable with the final decision. I feel like initially I was not getting all the information I needed to make a decision, including what my trade-in value would be, and felt like that information could have been given to me more clearly without the back and forth. The process is long, and, by no fault of the dealership's, the final parts of my transaction were rushed, and I felt I was somewhat blindsided by some decisions I needed to make quickly when I would have much rather have had more time to consider them (i.e. extended warranty, additional products). I felt like, in a way, they may have done this on purpose to rush me into a decision I may not have made if I had ample time to consider. The biggest issue I had with the whole process was that I did not find out until the final signing with the finance manager that I would not be getting my full 3-year warranty on the vehicle, even though the vehicle was being sold to me as brand new. Since the vehicle already has miles on it, I have already lost almost a year of warranty. There was not much of an explanation about this, just that I was told that I got a discount on the truck for this reason, even though this was not mentioned at all anytime prior. I felt like this was information that I should have gotten towards the beginning from either my salesman or manager during the actual transaction. That all being said, overall, my salesman was incredibly friendly, answered all my questions, and sold me exactly what I wanted. I'm excited to take advantage of some of the perks that Ray Chevy offers, such as the maintenance convenience and monthly pit stops. Also, every single person I interacted with while at the dealership was friendly and helpful and the overall experience was a positive one. More
