Misleading advertising Went to purchase a Spark, was told they could sell it to me, even signed all the papers and then was told the car was on a recall. I feel that they have poor communication skills within the organization. My salesman did a good job of trying to rectify the situation and I ultimately purchased a different car, but I think this dealership needs to be more honest to the customers up front instead of trying to get people in the door. I drove from over an hour away thinking I was going to purchase a car I've wanted for over a year and left with a car that I feel I had no choice in buying. I also specifically stated I didn't want added warranties and they ended up adding them into the loan. Luckily I was able to get them to remove them when they rewrote the paperwork for the car I did end up buying. More
