Charlie is the oldest who plays baseball and basketball, Harper who plays soccer, Amelia who enjoys dance and Cameron. We have three dogs named Whiskey, Toby and Winnie. Outside of work, I enjoy attending my kids sporting events, live music, traveling, cooking and barbecuing. I scheduled a test drive and the vehicle I had wanted to test drive wasn’t at the dealership so I test drove one that was similar but again, not the vehicle I was interested in. So we had to make a separate test drive wasn’t at the dealership so I test drove one that was similar but again, not the vehicle I was interested in. So we had to make a separate trip to go back and test drive the vehicle once it was at the dealership. After test driving, I for sure wanted that specific vehicle. Well, the second key fob needed to be ordered which I assumed they could just mail to me. No, it needed to be programmed which they specifically like to do in the morning so my new car would then have to be in the shop while that’s being done. So three days after getting a new vehicle it already has to go to the shop and I got a loaner. Overall the experience was not very grand and I would not buy another vehicle from this location. I live about an hour away from the dealership and making several trips to accommodate their mistakes was very time consuming. More

Ufring Washington has awesome customer service, was able to fit me in the vehicle I wanted with what I wanted in it at a great price. They did not make me feel pressured. Working full time they took a load to fit me in the vehicle I wanted with what I wanted in it at a great price. They did not make me feel pressured.
