Never, have I had a finer experience, then, when buying our Mini Convertible S, at your very fine dealership! Ryan Cox was most friendly and very helpful, not only during our purchase, but then helping our Mini Convertible S, at your very fine dealership! Ryan Cox was most friendly and very helpful, not only during our purchase, but then helping me, April 4, sorting thru the many, many features of the new automobile.. I miss a garage door and gate opener, and dislike, the slight hesitation when moving after a stop, or accelerating. However, the acceleration exceeds any of the 52 cars I have owned or leased! my experience at the dealership was great. Ryan was a fabulous salesman and so easy to work with. He knows his products. He knew all about the car and you could tell he likes cars. Ryan was pleasant to work with before the sale. Responsiveness went way down after the sale. During the closing process, I was tricked into purchasing an undesired option. When I requested cancella Responsiveness went way down after the sale. During the closing process, I was tricked into purchasing an undesired option. When I requested cancellation, it was readily agreed to but dealership did not send reinbursement check as promised. 4 weeks later I am still waiting and no one from dealership has any sense of urgency about resolving it.
