Exceeded Expectation As a BMW loyalist, I was hesitantly curious to see what the "Subaru Rage" was all about. It was time for a new vehicle, many of my friends drive Suba As a BMW loyalist, I was hesitantly curious to see what the "Subaru Rage" was all about. It was time for a new vehicle, many of my friends drive Subaru's, so I was curious. Let me begin with my experiencing the easiest hassle free test drive EVER. My questions were easily answered, and believe me I had many. I drove various models which helped me arrive at the Outback Touring. No exaggeration, the Outback has more safety features and conveniences than my X5. Kiril was patient and informative, his product knowledge was amazing. My overall satisfaction and impression of Grand Subaru is OUTSTANDING. The General Manager, Ryan Drouin, made himself available to answer questions throughout the entire process. Thank you to the Grand Subaru team for making my new vehicle purchase seamless and pleasant. More

Knew how good it was : blown away how truly GREAT it was It all starts with my purchased back in 2006 from then Salesman Ryan Drouin, now General Manager. He gave me an incredible deal back in '06 on my Outb It all starts with my purchased back in 2006 from then Salesman Ryan Drouin, now General Manager. He gave me an incredible deal back in '06 on my Outback XT. That had me contacting him for my 2015 Outback. Sadly he could not find me one. But he was the first call I made when I was trading that '15 in for a new 2018 Outback Premium. Enter Kiril Velkov. I kinda knew that Ryan, being now General Manager, would be in an overseeing capacity rather than a hands on salesman. When my schedule allowed for me to travel the 300 miles to visit the dealership I jumped at the chance to show off my very nice 2015 and to reacquaint myself with Ryan after 12 long years. They would evaluate my trade and also I could drive the newest model of Outback. Little did I know I would meet another terrific salesman in Kiril. He and I hit it off swapping stories of our own Subaru history and trips made. Two guys with a passion for the mark of Subaru sharing with one another our history. Awesome. Kiril worked tirelessly, and I do mean to use that word, as he kept in constant contact with me to make sure the deal was good enough and that the plans of making the trade were firm and settled before I made the next trip up 300 miles to Bensenville to do the trade. He made it a "business marriage", and I accepted the terms before I even gassed up my '15 to make the trip. Everything was easy that day...from Kiril making me feel at home, to getting the needed finance and paperwork completed and accurate. Kiril was a one stop, ALL questions answered, complete fulfillment of all of my wants and wishes. In short, it was a no-brainer. Kiril made it easy, made it painless, made it not like other dealerships I've been to. The team of Ryan & Kiril will continue to be my "go to" place for Subaru's. In fact, my wife will be purchasing a new 2019 Forester coming up this Fall 2018. Guess who I'm gonna call...? If I could have more than 5 stars they'd all get more..!! More

Thank You Nealy! Saved us a bunch. Great Service Just bought our 3rd brand new 2018 Subaru Outback and got this one from Grand Subaru. Actually live in Cleveland, Ohio, but the deal we got at Grand Just bought our 3rd brand new 2018 Subaru Outback and got this one from Grand Subaru. Actually live in Cleveland, Ohio, but the deal we got at Grand Subaru and the Customer Service we received made it worth the distance. Heard about the dealership on an Internet Forum for Outbacks and decided to give them a try. Requested a quote and within an hour Nealy Anderson got back to us with a "Jaw Dropper" of a deal. Our local dealer couldn't come close. Did the whole deal with emails, texts and a few phone calls. Nealy was always very prompt to respond, very friendly and even got back to me on her day off. I would highly recommend dealing with Nealy. Everyone else that I came in contact with there during the deal were also very friendly and most accommodating to our needs. Will definitely go back there for our next Outback. Thank You! More

He even helped me out on his day off. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and knowledge. He behaved more like a friend than a "car salesman". I will highly recommend Kiril and Grand Subaru to my friends and family! More

Fantastic 1st buying experience If you are purchasing a Subaru in the Chicago metro area, I would recommend that you strongly consider Grand Subaru. I purchased a fully loaded Subaru If you are purchasing a Subaru in the Chicago metro area, I would recommend that you strongly consider Grand Subaru. I purchased a fully loaded Subaru 2.0 XT Touring. I requested internet quotes from about 12 dealers proximal to Chicago, and Ryan Drouin was able to offer me the best price in the area and able to add in the features I wanted in a timely and efficient manner. Both Nealy Anderson and Ryan were responsive to email and phone calls. The process was also seamless when I came in to purchase the car. Everyone was friendly and the whole experience was not stressful. Overall, I would give the dealership my highest recommendation. If I am still in the Chicago area and Subaru continues to make quality vehicles, then Grand Subaru would be my first choice for my next car. More

Unfortunate Experince First off, this was a sale/trade, sight-on seen. Both the dealer and myself relied on pictures and what we shared about vehicles. I drove from Florida First off, this was a sale/trade, sight-on seen. Both the dealer and myself relied on pictures and what we shared about vehicles. I drove from Florida to Chicago for this and it was imperative that everything was handled up front. I explained exactly what I was taking off my car (modifications) and that I had a bank check being sent to the dealer. When I got there, they immediately tried to short me on the trade allowance. By a $1,000. This is the first time I've ever had or heard of a dealer saying "the tires were too worn and we will have to replace them for $800". First off, it's a wear and tear item. Secondly, those tires were $214 each. So, not sure where they got $800 from. I was in a bad situation because I had driven from Florida, so I needed to make the deal work and they knew this. They tried short-balling me at every turn. The vehicle I purchased had no gas. It was on empty. they vehicle had no floor mats, which was no disclosed and there was a paint peeling issue on the hood of the vehicle. All things that should have been disclosed before I even made the trip. In the end, I did what I needed to leave with the vehicle I wanted, but I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Even their finance group took five people to find the bank check that was sent and when I left, not one person congratulated me or shook my hand. Extremely poor customer service. More

Way More Fun Than Going to the Dentist! Nicole Iacullo, our sales associate, mentioned that most people would rather go to the Dentist than to an auto dealer. It's not just that Nicole gave Nicole Iacullo, our sales associate, mentioned that most people would rather go to the Dentist than to an auto dealer. It's not just that Nicole gave us a fabulous deal, which she did, but also that she was so easy to deal with. We had a couple of mishaps on our side which made the deal more difficult for Nicole but she showed extraordinary patience and grace under fire. She is a straight shooter and I my wife and I have no reservations about referring other people to her. More
