Our Sales Representative was Matt Drwal he was very friendly and helpful . We spoke of what we were looking for our needs and he helped us solve that problem. We had told him upfront that we were just looking only today and would not be buying anything he was fine with that he understood and said I understand you want to make the right decision and be happy with it there was no pressure here at all which I have never experienced this from a car dealer ever. We had gone back the following weekend to discuss financing option and he answered our questions and we spoke of Leasing Terms and Financing Terms to find out which would be best for us. We got the answers we wanted to know and again I told him we are not here to purchase a Subaru today and again no pressure I couldnt believe it still helping us and still no sale. After deciding which model and color we wanted they would have too get it from another dealer because they did not have we were required to give a deposit to have this done but were told that if we changed our minds we could get our deposit. back When the Subaru Crosstrek came in Matt contacted me and we set up an appointment to come in but had to cancel due to my wife being ill and he still was patient about it and understanding. we set up another appointment and I have to say everything went smooth and he was very understanding about everything the entire experience was great we would go back to purchase a vehicle again in the future and I would recommend Grand Subaru to anyone I know that is looking for a Subaru and too see Matt Drwal, Thank you Matt and thank you Grand Subaru Thanks John More

Great experience! I was looking for, specifically, an gently used Subaru Outback. A nephew that works for Ford helped me with the research and found just what I was loo I was looking for, specifically, an gently used Subaru Outback. A nephew that works for Ford helped me with the research and found just what I was looking for at Grand Subaru. When I got to the dealer Michael Sinacola came out and greeting me. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He pointed out all the features of the car, most of which I didn't even know existed. We consummated the deal in a reasonable amount of time. Although the car itself was out with a manger at the time, I was able to test drive a similar model. When 'my' car returned we out on the road with it as well. All the time Mike was fair and honest, never pushy in anyway. After working with Mike I went up to Al Hassan in finance to sign all the papers. Again I was faced with friendliness, honesty and was presented with but never pushed into various warranties. At the end manager Ryan Drouin came over to greet us. Two days later I received an unexpected call from Mike asking me how the car was working for me. All in all it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Grand Subaru to anyone! P.S. The car is awesome. More
