oil change I was in this past Saturday morning for an oil change. I was in and out in no time and the staff was friendly and professional. 5 Star Service My husband and myself where on the market for a new car, we have been looking since last year, we went to the Boston car show, saw a lot of great cars My husband and myself where on the market for a new car, we have been looking since last year, we went to the Boston car show, saw a lot of great cars, but nothing that I wanted to jump on. A family friend Roy Rosa referred us to Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield, we decided to take a drive down to look around. I must be honest and say I was very concerned about having to go back to a dealer because I had bought my Mitsubishi from a dealer in Peabody and had the worst customer service experience, but I must say, our family friend introduced us to salesman Samuel Pina, and all my worries went out the door the moment he started talking to us. He sat down with us and took the time to get to know our budget what we were looking for and what our expectations are. I really felt that he was listening to us and not just trying to make a quick sale. After going over our finances it was determined that day last year that, financially for myself and my husband a new car was not going to work. After taking the time to talk to us and show us cars, we left that day with out a sale , Mr. Pina never made us feel like he was insulted, and I never felt pressured. A year later, the topic of a new car came up again. Our financial situation changed a bit, with that said I looked in my wallet and found Mr. Pina business card. We called him and set up and appointment, he also told us about the Kelly website, he told us to look at inventory online, look at options. and write down all he vehicles that i liked. We made an appointment , and I had my list of cars i wanted to see. Sam took us to each vehicle we walked around the whole property. He took the time with us, did not feel rushed and allowed me to look at every vehicle that i saw online. I test drove a 2012 rouge and fell in love! I just want to give hats off to Sam and the employees at Nissan, Typically when you buy a vehicle sometimes you have to wait a few days, but Nope not me. I asked if I can drive it off the lot that day, and they made it happen. It was such an amazing experience that I am thankful of the recommendation and happy that i choose Kelly Nissan. Service at Kelly Nissan The service at Kelly Nissan is exceptional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is never any sales pressure even in the service departm The service at Kelly Nissan is exceptional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is never any sales pressure even in the service department. They often find other things wrong with my vehicle, different than what I came in for originally, and they always educate me on the parts or job, and then ask what I would like to do about additional repairs. Service is prompt, the office runs efficiently, and customers in the waiting area are always quiet and content being there. I always wait to have my car serviced, and I have never heard anyone complain about a long wait or bad performance by technicians. The facility is clean and pleasant.....harmonious atmosphere. No nonsense, but always a goal of pleasing the customer. A+ for effort and follow-through. More

Excellent from start to finish I have bought two cars from Cavan Dunn's store for Kelly Nissan. He and Bret Desrosiers have treated us extremely well with high integrity. A good part of the reason for the ease with which we bought the second car was the care and service we got from Ryan Ferguson's service department. We are greeted in a friendly and professional manner. Our service representative explained everything without attempting to push us to do anything we didn't want or need. The service was fast, complete and, because it was the first oil change with the new car, it was free. I can't imagine better service than that More
