Extremely dissatisfied with this Dealer. I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and the adviser recommended replacing the front shocks. However, after the replacement, a new problem arose: th I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and the adviser recommended replacing the front shocks. However, after the replacement, a new problem arose: the air suspension leaks when parked on 3-4 hours , causing the front of the truck to touch the tires after 3-4 hours. Despite five visits over 1 month and 20 days, the issue remains unresolved. It's clear that the new shocks are the source of the problem, and the dealer's inability to fix it is unacceptable. I've wasted significant time and money. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership. More
