AJ assisted my family with helping us pick two cars that met all of our needs. He was patient and thoughtful with all the questions we had. AJ has a calming personality and spoke about his experiences with how to best select a car which made me feel a very personal connection to the car buying process. I have sat in a dealership waiting to purchase for hours and AJ gave me as much advice as he could to expedite the process. The staff at Braeger was exceptional. The Finance person I worked with was named Ryan Heine and he explained my paperwork and loan information in a way that was not too overwhelming. There were associates who stuck around to talk with my family and congratulate us on our purchases. Eric Walton and Derick Evans checked in with us while they assisted other customers. They were sure to ask questions like if we were thirsty or if we needed anything while we were waiting for our detail. I TRULY appreciate the consideration and time given to me and my family.
