I told them w I wanted to purchase a new car as a surprise birthday gift for my son. I called Knauz and first spoke to Ryan Herbig, and then Paul Kim. I told them what I wanted. They found the perfect car 100 miles or more away. They were able to get the car for me. In addition to all of the other hoops normal customers put them through, I had an additional request of a big bow for the car. AGAIN they came through. Everything they promised me I got. The car, the price, the delivery date! They both took lots of time with me and explained all of the features of the car. I couldn't have asked for anything more. In addition, after I picked up the car they contacted me several times to make sure I was satisfied or had any questions. I DEFINATELY would recommend them to anyone who wanted to get a Mercedes. They also set up a special appointment for my son to go over all of the functions. More

I am so use to calling every dealer and finally getting it whittle down to the correct price, but not this time. I walked in saw the car I wanted, CLS 63 AMG, and began to look at it. Paul Kim came over and politely asked me if I had any questions. Told him I just needed his best price on the car. I checked three dealers no one came close to his price. He then went out of his way to make the buying experience great with the help of Ryan and Sam. I now know every feature on that car along with having a team that takes care of me with any issues. More
