This experience was especially pleasurable because of the salesman that I dealt with. Rodger Danbury was the epitome of patient, professional and friendly. He wanted to ensure that my experience was a happy and successful one. He spent a lot of time with me to ensure that I ended up with the right vehicle for me and a price that I was comfortable with. He was not pushy in the slightest and he did not try to present me with vehicles I wasn't interested in. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle in the future. I also give the highest marks to the service department as well. Ryan Holcomb was very friendly and he was thorough with his explanations on any repairs that were needed on my old vehicle. My next contact with Walker was the next morning at 9am. After arriving home the night I picked up the car I noticed a piece of the glove compartment button was missing, arriving at the sales dept. I was greeted by a young man who listened to my problem and eagerly attempted to help, he referred me to James in parts who dropped what he was doing and looked at my problem, he immediately introduced me to Ryan, keeping in mind I was a walk in with no appointment, inspected the part took my vin, without writing it down, created a service order walked it over to James who ordered the part and gave me his business card and said he would call me when it arrived. Above & Beyond Service Team Mr. Walker...I wanted to reach out and personally thank you and your entire Services Department...calling out especially Ryan Holcomb (Services Manage Mr. Walker...I wanted to reach out and personally thank you and your entire Services Department...calling out especially Ryan Holcomb (Services Manager) for jumping in on not one...but, two of our FORD vehicles that have been visiting your department for the past 25+ years. We recently ran into a few different issues with our FLEX and our Excursion that were sub par to our long time experience with your Services Department. Upon questioning some items that were dragging on, Ryan jumped in and tackled both issues...and went above & beyond to make sure my family and I were attended to in a expedited fashion, made sure we had access to not only a rental car via your partnership with Enterprise across the street...but, went as far as providing us with one of your Walker FORD cars...when there was some confusion with a very recent issue wit hour FLEX. This FLEX was unfortunately a "Theft Recovery" vehicle that Walker did all of the repair and restoration work and partnered with our Insurance company to make that pain as minimal as possible. As issues come up with this FLEX...your team has been exceptional from an attention and resolution to the problems. It's not often people will reach out with a positive message. Usually it is to complain. This will now be the 2nd time for me...as I feel you have a very solid and professional team from Sales to Service. We all experience issues from time to time. It's how we respond to resolve our customer's issues is what differentiates us from the others. Walker Ford IS that differentiator and and Ryan Holcomb in the Services Department is as well.
