Excellent customer service! I'm new to Florida, so I just Googled dealerships and took a chance on Walker Ford for service on my car. We had a little initial confusion that stemm I'm new to Florida, so I just Googled dealerships and took a chance on Walker Ford for service on my car. We had a little initial confusion that stemmed from my having to drop my car off after the service department was closed, but the Asst Service Manager, Ryan, couldn't have been more helpful. He came back in after closing to help me out, and was excellent with communicating on the status of the repairs the entire time. Ryan went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered, and to accommodate my crazy schedule. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service provided by Ryan and his team. More

Service Experience 10/04/2016 Friendly, efficient, personable, caring and explained exactly what they were going to do to my Ford Escape. Shuttle van was wonderful and on time. 2nd checkup. Console indicated oil change was required. I took it in & service was completed quickly & efficently. recall handeled without any problems Dropped the car off at 7am and it was ready at 3pm as promised. The whole experience was great.
