My name is Ryan Kennedy, Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. I began in the automotive industry in July of 2006 here at Germain. I have held the positions of car porter, oil change expert and technician. I have worked hard to continually improve and increase my knowledge, so I can advance my position. To provide quality service I feel the two main components are honesty and respect. Being from Columbus I enjoy the downtown area. I’m a graduate of Thomas Worthington and attended Otterbein where I played basketball. I have a daughter Madison and enjoy our time spent together. When away from work I enjoy basketball, poker as well as my family time. If I were to be a superhero it would be my childhood favorite, Batman. My favorite vacation spot is in Nashville, I love the music. While visiting I would love to catch Kenny Chesney singing my favorite “There Goes My Life”. Always keeping my family in mind my favorite Honda is the Odyssey, it’s a good looking family vehicle.

He is very knowledgeable, patient, and ensures that Dublin. After several years of using this service center, Ryan is the only one we will work with. Service center was GREAT! I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V from Honda of Germain. I had a decent time with sales (Kevin Larivee) until I I drove my car for a few days and it start I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V from Honda of Germain. I had a decent time with sales (Kevin Larivee) until I I drove my car for a few days and it started acting up. I contact Kevin via email and phone several times with no reply. I was very disappointed. Service however was GREAT! I had Ryan Kennedy and he was very friendly and professional. They used a lot of protection in my car and I felt comfortable. Unfortunately when I picked up my car, it was not fixed (Not Ryan's fault) I was very frustrated and called the dealership back to try and get my car looked at again. They gave me the run around for 2 days (Kevin finally called me back and acted like he did not believe my car was not fixed and clearly he just cares about the money he made off of me) I took my car back and and Ryan was simply amazing. He did not make me feel uncomfortable about bringing my car back and said they would make sure my car was fixed this time. It was! So my 5 stars is for THE SERVICE center! Thank you so much Ryan for helping to get my vehicle fixed and being non judgmental. As a female that is a great thing to experience! Also, James Howald thank you so much for being great! James was a pleasure to do financing with! He was very personable and sensitive to the fact that I had children. He also helped me out with a discount for being a teacher was also a great surprise so 5 stars to James as well! More
