Doesn't stand by their word Bought a 35K truck and they wouldn't budge an inch on price. That's not the worst part tho. Was told that they would" detail it to the nines" by the s Bought a 35K truck and they wouldn't budge an inch on price. That's not the worst part tho. Was told that they would" detail it to the nines" by the sales manager. Went to pick it up a few days later and the mats still had dirt, rocks etc from when we test drove it. Bed of the truck wasn't even opened much less cleaned out. Windows weren't washed found crumbs by the console. Waited an hour for them to detail it again and all that was done was the bed was washed out and the mats were cleaned off. Wasn't too impressed with whatever super slippery substance was on the mats tho. ON MY DRIVE HOME there was a notification that stated tire pressure sensor fault. I had no idea what this was so when I got home I told my husband and he said he would look at it the next day since it was late. Wasn't too impressed when we checked the tire pressure and found that it was extremely low on all four tires. Would have thought that would have been something that was checked before it left their lot but apparently not. Add air and the notification is still there. This is a newer vehicle for me so I'm not familiar with some of the technology. After checking the manual and going to a local dealer it's determined that one of the tire sensors is no longer working. I call the dealership because I was told multiple times by the sales manager that they stand by their vehicles. When I called it was two days after picking up the vehicle. My husband brings it in and from what I was told they actually brought up the fact that I had written a bad review about their service on another site and would NOT stand by their word and fix the sensor. Pretty sad when the VP makes a remark about a review that was calling them out on what they said they would do and what they actually did. More

Tim Brenner was very helpful with the financing and made everything very easy. In the beginning of my search, I also worked with Tom Williamson, who also got me started with my search. Ryan Knueppel allowed me to take a car overnight to see if it would work for us. What a service that is!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More
