Happy, Happy ,Happy !!! I came to summit to look at a 2007 ram in the middle of a snow storm driving 45 minutes..When we got there I felt bad for the sales man (Tom) that ha I came to summit to look at a 2007 ram in the middle of a snow storm driving 45 minutes..When we got there I felt bad for the sales man (Tom) that had to go out in the snow to get the truck for us to look at. The truck was just what we were looking for. Then we met with Ryan and Randy to go over our trades and what this would cost us. These to guys were great very helpful upfront with our trades and payments. They told us many times that they will be there for us if we have any issues just let them know. I also called the service dept to get the details on safety inspections and service done to the truck. Very helpful guy.. The only thing missing from our hole experience was a full tank of fuel. it had a 1/4 tank when we left the lot. I thought every new car/truck should come with a full tank. ?? More

Instead, he was patient and respectful of us through the entire process. We literally drove 4 hours one way to arrive at the dealership. Kraig recommended a local hotel for us to stay and a local diner for us to get a bite to eat before our journey home. Do yourself a favor if you are going to purchase a car, contact Kraig. The entire staff from Summit went out of there way to make us happy from sales to service. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! More

The only downside was when it came to finalizing our loan. They thought they could do everything Verve could, however they could not offer us certain loan options that Verve does. So we ended up going through Verve personally, instead of through Summit with Verve. I personally would prefer to go through the bank directly to make sure I am getting all the options I need, and because we bank with Verve personally anyway. More
