Thank you very much Ralph!!! I couldn’t say this enough. You were incredible and I appreciate the time you took to give me so much information about each option while I chose a newer car. I had an incredible experience and couldn’t be happier. This was my 2nd vehicle I purchased with Ralph as my salesman. I’d yell from the top of a mountain, how happy I am with the experience from start to finish,.. if I could climb it that is. Lol I want everyone to know that I’ll be telling anyone that’s looking for a vehicle, to go see Ralph at Gates Buick Nissan GMC in Windam CT. Ralph was instrumental in helping choose the right car for me!! Very informative, Very knowledgeable about every car I took out, Very Trusting. And he treated me like family. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for another vehicle!!! More

With that being said I sent a message that I was interested in a 2022 GMC Canyon with the AT4 package. The sales manger Ryan responded quickly. Ryan set me up the Jimmie Patterson. Both Jimmie and Ryan were very pleasant to deal with and made the buying experience very easy. More
