We worked with Ryan and his sales manager Bruce. Both were great and worked hard to get us what we wanted and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. We ended with a 2019 Sorento and we absol were great and worked hard to get us what we wanted and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. We ended with a 2019 Sorento and we absolutely love it. We plan to return next year when we are ready to trade in our other vehicle. Jake in finance was great as well, very helpful and easy to work with. More

These guys made buying my 2020 Sportage Lx, the first brand new car I've ever purchased, stress free! Their customer service is genuine, you're family as soon as you walk through the door. From the moment Jimmie heard I needed a car immediately or I'd miss a third shift of my week-old job, he wanted to help. He asked what type of car I was looking for, even the color.. then he led me to the car that had everything I'd listed ..and loaned it to me until he could find me the perfect car. I fell in love with the car before I made it to work, and I leased it the very next day! Ryan made sure my car had every possible protection, and offered me his assistance if required when he learned I had a headache, offered me ibuprofen and even made me a perfect cup of coffee, explained all of the features and thanked me with a photo OP, welcoming me home to the Columbia Ford family!! Jake talked me through all the numbers and made them seem far less intimidating with his down to earth humor and outgoing nature. Sooo much more than just a new car, I made friends for life . No buyers remorse here!! More

Ryan McLeod approached us, we told him what we were looking for. We looked at what was available on the computer, he brought it up for us to look at. The rest is history. Ryan McLeod & Jake Gurzler were very courteous and not pushy. They were very thorough and made us feel at ease. Everything was explained to us. Jake was going to take care of our GAP claim. More

I bought a used car from Colombia Ford. Henry, Jake and Jimmie are fantastic to work with. Ryan however was very unknowledgeable about what they had in stock. Once I found a car they had and showed it to h Jimmie are fantastic to work with. Ryan however was very unknowledgeable about what they had in stock. Once I found a car they had and showed it to him, I ended up buying it because I loved the car, again, I found it. After having the car for 5 days I had to bring it back into the shop for some cosmetic issues they said they would fix. They had the car for over two weeks and didn’t fix one of the issues because Ryan told the service department the wrong issue. I needed the inside passenger door handle fixed, and I even provided him with a picture of the problem. He then went on to say I sent him a picture of the outside handle and the issue wasn’t fixed until we called to ask when we could pick up the car, the picture I provided clearly shows the inside, I have the text messages to prove it. He realized that the pictures I sent him were correct and that he messed it up. After having my car for over 2 weeks, they fixed the problem. All in all, I had a terrible experience with Ryan specifically, but my overall experience with Colombia Ford was fantastic as always, seeing as my family has now gotten 3 cars from them, and will continue to buy from them, just with a different sales person. More
