I had an excellent experience with Subaru of Jacksonville. I had in mind what I wanted when I walked in to the dealer. Ryan was just great and I got exactly what I wanted. I did not expect to walk out with a new car that day, but within a couple hours I was out the door in my new Forester, including the color I wanted. We have had Subaru's off an on for years, but this one is the first one that was brand new. It was more than I planned on spending but it is worth every penny and I plan to have this vehicle for a long time. More

Subaru of Jacksonville-New 2018 Outback Limited We briefly met with Jerry Johnson just before the dealership closed on Saturday evening. Jerry provided us with a simplified breakdown of the differen We briefly met with Jerry Johnson just before the dealership closed on Saturday evening. Jerry provided us with a simplified breakdown of the different Outback options and showed us the features in the car. However, since we arrived too late we were unable to test drive the vehicle. He recommended that we return and meet with Ryan Munro if he wasn't available. We came back the following afternoon to do a test drive. Ryan was very personable and informative. He also advocated for the lease payment we were targeting and we walked out that day with a new vehicle. He was very easy to work with and we are very satisfied with our experience and purchase.
