In addition, when the model I wanted wasn't available and my deadline for delivery was very short (pending trip) Ryan personally got involved in the acquistion of the exact model I requested (a 3.6R White Touring Outback) which was made available the next day. In addition to the sales process I was very fortunate to work with "AJ" Miller for the finance end of the experience. I found AJ to be extremely knowledgable and very professional in his approach. Both Ryan and AJ were very pleasant to deal with and great examples of the "family" atmosphere that was very apparent during my visits to Subaru of Jacksonville. We came to a set price over emails! I came in the next day and was greeted by another salesman, Ryan Munro. He had the car and paperwork out and ready in no time! Ryan was also very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles in stock as well as any other car brand I can think of off the top of my head. These guys sel good cars at a competitive price. Josh described the differences between my current 2015 Outback and the 2018 and went over the features that were new. He worked with us to get a lease package that met our requirements and even traveled to get the color combination that I wanted and had it back at the dealership the next day. Ryan made sure the car was detailed and completed the delivery of the vehicle as Josh was going to be away with his family. Ryan walked us through programming our phones and setting up some of the new functionality and answered all of our questions. Finally, the Finance Manager, AJ, completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Everything was as we had agreed with no surprises. This experience is how car buying should be. More

I specifically looked for Ryan Munro who helped me the first time, and I can't say enough about how great he was and how positive my car buying experiences have been at Subaru Jax!
