From beginning with Ryan via email and getting all the answers to my questions, because I did not want to waste mine or their time, and then in person with John, very detailed to show the car and with final negotiation. My son bought his Subaru last year from Vero Beach, his first Subaru and he convinced me to get one but I did not want to drive to Vero Beach. I am glad I did buy mine at Subaru of Jacksonville! It was a very good experience and even my husband, who is very demanding, made a nice comment about John and his good disposition the entire time we were there. Ryan went over all the details and between him and Ken, I was able to feel comfortable that I was paying a fair price. I will always support this dealership. Being involved with Beaches Habitat, I am aware of the support that Phil Porter gives Beaches Habitat, contributing both financially to build new homes but also corporate support from the staff who come out to hammer, paint and help put up those homes! The Manager Ken was very supportive of our limits and worked hard to get us into the vehicle we chose on our budget. When we returned in the evening, Ryan was able to help us finalize paper work even tho he did not show us the SUV. He stayed later until the paper work was done! The finance manager Mike was imfomative and personal with helping us select coverage that was best for us. Very positive experience and for sure a team effort!!!
