He patiently answered our questions and reviewed the options for getting a new Subaru Outback 2017 Limited. I had only intended to get a trade in offer for our 2010 Subaru Outback and possibly do a test drive but We ended up buying a new car. It was all made very easy by the dealership in spite of the fact that I intended to pay cash but needed a few days to raise the funds. The finance person often plays the "bad cop" in the whole car sales story but in this case Mike worked with us without being too pushy or aggressive. I drove away feeling like I had accomplished something significant as opposed to the feeling of having been ripped off. More

We had done our research online and knew a Subaru was one of our top choices. Ryan Munro came out to greet us and with his patience, knowledge and ability to help us get the deal we could afford ... we traded in a car we weren't even considering getting rid of and bought 2 cars. A 2016 Crosstrek for my husband and a 2014 Outback for me !!! We felt no pressure and drove several cars to get a feel for them.. we love both our vehicles but mostly our experience there was wonderful. Ryan was great and without him and his team making us feel so comfortable we would never had stayed and both both vehicles. More
