From scheduling an initial appointment for a test drive on a Crosstrek, to the subsequent test drives of almost every other Subaru model, the team here was helpful, on top of it, and never at all pushy. Ryan was knowledgeable and stayed in touch, but I never felt pressured to buy. When I did finally settle on a new Impreza, Ryan and the team found the exact model, color and trim I wanted, gave me a great, fair price, and lined up all of the paperwork to make things as painless as possible. It's worth noting that the owner and this location are also really dedicated to supporting families in the Jacksonville community. Rare thing to find a dealer who also gives back in an authentic way.
