Forst time buyer First time buying a new vehicle, was between the 2018 Outback Limited and 2018 Forester Limited. Talked to My. Ryan Munor who showed me the vehicles i First time buying a new vehicle, was between the 2018 Outback Limited and 2018 Forester Limited. Talked to My. Ryan Munor who showed me the vehicles in the lot. He took his time explaining the differences between each trims level. He friendly and show me how to navigate the feature within the infotainment system. I finally decided to opt for the gray 2018 Forester 2.5i Limited with nav and eyesight. Purchase was smooth and easy with no aggressive sale pitch. This was a positive experience with Subaru of Jacksonville. More

Very easy to get a high quality used Subaru I first bought a Subaru because I had purchased a small sailing dinghy. My little Toyota could pull the boat and trailer on flat land but, to my great I first bought a Subaru because I had purchased a small sailing dinghy. My little Toyota could pull the boat and trailer on flat land but, to my great disappointment, I almost ruined the transmission when trying to pull the boat out of the water on the slippery slope of a boat ramp. I went in search of a car that could pull a small boat but that was also practical for everyday use. I settled on a Subaru because of its reputation, because its all wheel drive would help pull, and because its boxer engine had plenty of power. I also loved the fact that a Subaru is a very safe car. I have used it to haul wood and other materials for home projects (on the roof rack and in the car), I have used it to tow our pop-up camper, and I have used it to haul our two-man kayak. It is, quite simply, a workhorse. Ironically, my first Subaru came after I had left Colorado (we moved to Florida from Colorado, a place where every fourth car is a Subaru). Around 2010, I looked online and found a used 2003 Subaru with 70,000 miles. We purchased it for $7000 and loved it from the start. The car NEVER had any significant problems but was instead very, very reliable. The only things I've had to do to it are routine maintenance (including changing the timing belt and a new air conditioner compressor). She has been a superb car. She still has plenty of life left in her, so much that I hate to sell her (I'd rather sell the Toyota). When traveling, we have always taken the Subaru even though we own a newer (2008) Toyota. Even with fewer airbags than the Toyota, we felt that the Subaru was the safer vehicle. It was heavier and never had that "tinny" sound when one shuts the doors. The Subaru was certainly the most comfortable of the two cars. Thus we drove it all over Florida including pulling the boat to the Keys a few times, to the Carolinas, and elsewhere. We have always trusted it as the primary vehicle for driving around our infant (now five-year-old son). Now that we own a newer Subaru (2015), I am reluctantly looking to sell the older one. I hate doing so. With 165,000 miles on her, I am betting that she'll go another 75K + with few problems. Thanks to my experiences with Subaru, I am a Subaru customer/driver for life! More

"Best Ever Car Buying Experience!!!!" At 65 yrs old, I've bought a few cars. I have never been treated with such respect or experienced the level of customer service I received from Ryan Munro and the Subaru dealership as a whole. I love my Subaru Outback, but more importantly, I love that it was a pleasant experience all the way around. I never once felt like it was me against the car dealer. I had actually been dreading going in to buy a new car because of my past experiences dealings with car sales. Not the case at Subaru of Jacksonville!!! I felt they actually cared about making the whole purchase pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a car purchase. My grandson had seen their commercials on TV and knew I was thinking of a Subaru as one of my choices. He told me "Grandma you should drive a Subaru and you'll buy a Subaru!" Well that's exactly what happened! The customer service and professionalism I experienced was what sealed the deal for me. Icing on the cake!! I got a great car and could actually enjoy buying it!!!! Great Deal I received a call from Ryan about a Subaru after I had inquired about one online. I knew it was a great deal because when I price checked another Subaru dealer, they outright told me that Ryan had given me a great deal, and could only beat it by $100. I ended up putting a deposit down for a grey exterior/black interior Subaru outback 2.5i premium with eyesight. I ended up haggling with the two dealerships, and really wanted to buy the car from Ryan, as he was my first Subaru, but I did want to make them compete to try to get the best price. I went back to Subaru of Jacksonville and presented them with the final number from their competitor, which was 28062. Subaru of Jacksonville beat that price and I walked out the door with a red exterior/black interior Subaru outback 2.5i premium with eyesight at 27,661. More

Best car buying experience of my life! Ryan Munro remembered talking with my husband as he did a ‘recon mission’ for me a couple of months earlier. He answered all of our questions, took us on the test drives (yes 2) and then worked with us on the price. Notice I did not use the word “salesman” because he never sold us the car, nor did he pressure or fast talk us in any way. I have bought Jeep, Toyota, Nissan and serviced Volvo - this has been the very best car buying experience of my life. I highly recommend this classy dealership and their professional but congenial attitude. Now I’m off to enjoy my Subaru! More
