On Thursday 7/9/2020 I came in for an oil change. I also knew I needed new tires based off of my last visit for an oil change. Last time I was in there they gave me a quote of $600 & change for a set of 4 b knew I needed new tires based off of my last visit for an oil change. Last time I was in there they gave me a quote of $600 & change for a set of 4 brand new tires and this time I was charged $900 plus. When I asked why the price changed all they could tell me was there was “probably” a promotion going on at that time. I am not pleased with the amount I paid for the tires, especially considering I could’ve went elsewhere and got 4 new tires for way less than what I was charged on Thursday. More

IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE THE SERVICE WAS FINE THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER I HAD TO WAIT FROM 1230 UNTIL 5 PM. I WASNT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Great Dealer Experience Surprisingly pleasant, professional and personable buying experience. From the sales person/Product specialist, James (like we weren't sure what his j Surprisingly pleasant, professional and personable buying experience. From the sales person/Product specialist, James (like we weren't sure what his job was!! Lol) to the 2 sales managers, Justin and Eric to the finance dept, Clayton to expert service dept help, Ryan and the courtesy shuttle. It was very a very comfortable buying experience with no pressure, extended test drive, even the Gen Mgr stopped by and texted offering any help needed. We like this dealer! More
