I purchased a used car but I didn't think it meant as is! I pointed out the tires were Bad. That man looked them over said the tread was fine. I went to Robertson and he went out to get the numbers off the t I pointed out the tires were Bad. That man looked them over said the tread was fine. I went to Robertson and he went out to get the numbers off the tire he came back and said. Those tires are rotten, cracks even on the tread that Mark Allen said. "There's nothing wrong!" I travel on the Turnpike and go 80 mph. If any of those tires blew, I would be dead. Since the tread was at a certain height, tire is good according to them they don't care about customer care or safety apparently More

They would not honor the cash out the door price or the online purchase price. Ryan the manager said it was a mistake. He’s knowledgeable, extremely comfortable to work with, and the best sales person I’ve ever worked with! If you purchase a vehicle from Mark Allen, Brandon is awesome! They do have a high energy, family feel atmosphere, & I appreciate everyone that stayed late as they finished up the final three purchases. Brandon & William have both check on me to see if I had any questions about the truck. My advice for new buyers is to do your research online as we did, take pictures, & be prepared to walk away if price is not honored. My review is based on Ryan being rigid. I’m 61 & have bought many cars, so I expected them to own it & honor it. More
