Everything is open, honest, and up-front. Even when a question arose about how to input something into the Acura system for our lease, they resolved it in my favor by adding more to my trade in value so it would all work out to my benefit. In addition to giving us a great deal, they gave me more for my trade-in value than any of the three dealerships that I had visited in the previous week. I would highly recommend working with them if you are in the market for a new car. I've had less than stellar experiences with other dealers in the Columbus market, but I will definitely return to Acura Columbus the next time we are shopping for a car. More
