We invited him to join us in our test drive and he happily joined us (when he could have been doing other things). He knew the car well and helped us with options and questions while we were test driving. He understood where we are in our lives and the features we are looking for to meet our needs. My wife and I were looking for cars and we couldn't have picked a better place to do business than here. The staff is extremely professional and courteous.
