Don’t stick to the deal offered. Inflates the selling price to fluff the trade. Does not go through the finance contract, you sign in a box and bring the finance contract home in a s Inflates the selling price to fluff the trade. Does not go through the finance contract, you sign in a box and bring the finance contract home in a sealed envelope. The length of the sales process around 5 hrs to purchase creates frustration at the end of the process. By doing that style of sales process, the customer just wants to get out of the dealership without looking at what amount was financed. You sign in a box, then get the surprise when you look at what you signed. Told the salesman first thing that this my daughter’s first vehicle purchase. This experience taught her to never do business with Gateway Chevrolet. More
