Recent Experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines On June 4, 2019 I visited Acura of Pembroke Pines for the first time. After this first experience, I am certain that I will visit again. The staff w On June 4, 2019 I visited Acura of Pembroke Pines for the first time. After this first experience, I am certain that I will visit again. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and attentive. The General Manager, Larry, is amazing and the title fits him 100%. For only meeting him for the first time, it felt like I knew him for years. The level of comfort and ease that was displayed made me feel at home and extremely welcomed. And the same goes for the Senior Sales Consultant, Ryan. Ryan assisted me with the utmost level of professionalism. He took the time to really find the perfect car for me. While although I only visited Acura of Pembroke Pines to take a look at cars, I ended up leaving with a brand new leased ILX the same day due to the amazing efforts from Larry and Ryan. These gentlemen worked their magic! The Finance Director, Doug, made the paperwork process extremely easy and made me comfortable in knowing that I am in good hands with Acura of Pembroke Pines. It was a great experience and I cannot wait to visit again to renew my lease. I recommend Acura of Pembroke Pines to everyone as I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Giving this dealership 5 stars is a complete understatement, in my opinion. I am glad to be apart of the Acura family. Great job Acura of Pembroke Pines and you will see me again soon. More
