Repeat Customer because of my Service Advisor Jordan in the Service Department has been taking care of my car for years. It was one of the reasons I was looking to buy another Acura and did so at Jordan in the Service Department has been taking care of my car for years. It was one of the reasons I was looking to buy another Acura and did so at this dealership. I did my research before going and believe I got a fair deal. It is the first time I every repeated a make and model of car and did not look at other models. Giovanni and Ryan were excellent in explaining the features and helping me get all available incentives. I got an end of model year 2019 and Ryan explained the differences between 2019 and 2020. More

Without an appointment I received the best Service on a Rain Met Ryan upon arrival, he was the kindest, nicest salesman I've ever met. He's very humble and very knowledgeable of his product. Revised Mileage from 10k to 7500 Nickel & Dime on Accessorie I asked for a quote on 10,000 miles and when they wrote up the lease it was 7,500. They also “nickel and dimed” on accessories. Almost $40,000 for a c I asked for a quote on 10,000 miles and when they wrote up the lease it was 7,500. They also “nickel and dimed” on accessories. Almost $40,000 for a car and I have to buy a cover to hide items in my hatchback?! Seriously. That should be included with the car. Also they “adjusted my lease from 36 months to 39 months” AND No free service or oil changes. More
