Everytime I have came I have dealt with someone different, however the first time I came in I dealt with Ryan (who is now the General Manager). No issues at all. Recently I purchase an RS5 which for whatever reason had a tire losing pounds of pressure a day. Come to find out there was a screw in it, instead of pluggin it they actually put a new tire on. This is going above and beyond and required no arguments or anything. If you have any issues at all, dont be afraid to approach Ryan and let him know how his employees are. I would go back 100 more times just to deal with this amazing of an experience. More

I purchased a vehicle from here in 11/2018. I paid the loan off in full in 7/1019. I then had to attempt for weeks into months to have the dealership show the loan as satisfied so that I could get a refun loan off in full in 7/1019. I then had to attempt for weeks into months to have the dealership show the loan as satisfied so that I could get a refund for my unused gap insurance that was purchased ($750 paid in full) with the original loan. Again, after months and literally 20+ phone calls this was accomplished. I now have the joy of attempting to get my $655 refund from the dealership. I was told months ago that the refund was to be prepared. Here we are in December and no check. Go elsewhere if you want good customer service. More

Ripped me off my 2nd key dishonest dealership Purchased an Audi A4 from this dodgy dealership. The car came with 2 car keys and I found out one of the keys were not working. They took the key and never replaced it. Ryan Schmidt the manager and Moschee Cohen are both dishonest individuals and are not trustworthy. They ripped me off my car keys and never replaced it. I don't advise to deal with this crap dealership also the other one in Parsippany is horrible as well. Stay away from both Audi. They never responded to calls after the sale. I have witnessed myself Sales Agents are not answering their call, Asking the receptionist to take a message even though they are free and not with a customer. More
