The service department wanted to charge me $385. 00 for a $29.00 part. This is outrageous. I do wish the old shade tree mechinics were still around. I always ask when I arrive if they have a coupon for the services I need done and they usua polite, friendly and helpful. They know me by first name. I always book a Saturday early appointment since I work and don't live nearby and most of the time didn't wait long. More
