My Experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Davie Florida I am sold on Hyundai as being the best and most reliable cars I have ever owned. Trading in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra for the 2017 model at Rich Case Hy I am sold on Hyundai as being the best and most reliable cars I have ever owned. Trading in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra for the 2017 model at Rich Case Hyundai in Davie was a smooth and painless experience, and the staff at Rich Case made it that much more easy and pleasant. I am already looking forward to my next trade up a couple of years down the road. Cristian and Ryan were a pleasure to work with and I never once felt as if I was being pressured into a sale. Right when i arrived everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were all very determined in getting me my new car with terms that worked for me. They made a long experience, easy and happy. Great Place to buy your car I decided to stop by the dealer to take a look at cars, hoping to come back to buy one. Then, I met Bill. He promised me from the start that he will I decided to stop by the dealer to take a look at cars, hoping to come back to buy one. Then, I met Bill. He promised me from the start that he will find a deal that fits my situation. I told him about my expectation. Within half an hour, he came back with exactly what I was looking for. He started the paper work and I was able to drive home with that car. The deal was excellent. I couldn't get anything better than that. I just want to thank him for his professionalism, his wonderful customer service. Thanks to Ryan as well for making us feel like we were home. More
