No problem, smooth experience. Drove from Michigan to see a 2010 Lexus and Dan made sure it was ready for us when we arrived. I was having a problem using the remote and he even came back with another employee (sorry I can't remember his name) and they showed me what I was doing wrong. This was after they had already closed. The car drove beautifully all the way back home through quite a bit of rain. Dan and Ryan went to bat for me to get a fair purchase price and I appreciate it. I would deal with them again, no problem and I'm a guy who does not like dealerships! More
