Jason and Ryan are unprofessional, rude, bad customer service. I just called today to get a payment that they said won’t be applied to the new lease car and it wasn’t applied. I would put 0 stars if it was possible, I recently visited the dealership to explore my options for purchasing a new car or refinancing my current car. I was specifically interested in the 2024 Elantr visited the dealership to explore my options for purchasing a new car or refinancing my current car. I was specifically interested in the 2024 Elantra SE. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I waited for an hour and a half just to get the numbers, which turned out to be significantly higher than the estimates I found on the Hyundai USA website. When I inquired if these numbers were negotiable, the sales manager, Ryan Weaver, approached me. Throughout our discussion, he behaved unprofessionally by repeatedly spinning his chair while I was talking, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. As a returning customer considering a second purchase, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the unwillingness to listen to my concerns. Additionally, I noticed that the prices were inflated by so much compared to the official estimates. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the dealership, and I would not recommend doing business here. More
