We give our customers two options when purchasing out their lease 1) residual value + tax. 2) residual value + tax + certified wrap. Option 2 gives extended warrantee coverage at a great value. You always have the options to decline and by no means is it an obligation. Your business manager Frank unfortunately was not given the time to go further in depth on these options as your time was very limited.
