Bought a car end of 2025, the sales person was good but the process was terrible, I had to speak with the sales person, then the manager then the finance manager just tooo much hassle. I went to South Shore Hyundai in Valley Stream, NY to buy out my lease. After 45 minutes, I was quoted a buyout price of nearly $19,000, much higher than the $15,242.06 residual value listed by Hyundai Motor out my lease. After 45 minutes, I was quoted a buyout price of nearly $19,000, much higher than the $15,242.06 residual value listed by Hyundai Motor Finance ($16,921.42 with taxes). I was told this included fees like car certification and DMV services—which were not required when I dealt with Hyundai Motor Finance directly. I completed my lease buyout without those added costs or any inspection. This experience left me feeling misled. I won’t return to this dealership and urge them to provide clearer, more transparent pricing to customers moving forward. More

They pulled a fast move on us and it has escalated to the corporate offices. Be aware I tried to return my new leased car to 5 dealers only to find out they will mot take it for early lease return because they all fall under the Atlantic auto group. I have had to. Call my local police department for extra security surveillance because of the many charges against the owners. I am currently working with the attorney general and will let you know the outcome….stand by. Also people get on the phone and berate you Ross inpiticilar for me to find out he works for Toyaota and not Hayundi. More
