Ben is an excellent communicator and an extremely knowledgeable professional who has a lot to share about automobiles. He gave me a quick run down of various BMW models their mechanics and efficacy thereof… He is a veteran @ the FW svc ctr and I found him to be very personable. I think it’s the overall customer experience and satisfaction that makes BMW makes a royalty that outshines all other contemporary brands in its league! More

I had and emergency and Ben and Frank helped me tremendously. I had animals at the house that I had no other care for and the two of them work together to make sure that I can get home take care of tremendously.
