I had to call 3x in the morning of, because even though I called 3x in advance before to confirm the time and location, the technician was given the wrong address. Nevertheless, the technician was an hour and 40 minutes late because he said he was given the wrong address. The technician himself was friendly, but this was otherwise an awful experience. More
