I had to have 2 repairs done. It was over a weekend. Each one took 5 days I was given a rental car for the second repair. I've been a loyal customer here, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My car was in the shop for a long time for a full engine replacement under Ford’s extended warranty, and communication d was extremely disappointing. My car was in the shop for a long time for a full engine replacement under Ford’s extended warranty, and communication during that entire period was poor. I had to chase every update and even push to get the rental that my warranty already covered. Less than a month after finally getting the car back, it developed a severe transmission fluid leak and became almost undrivable. I was first told it was caused by “road debris,” but after more back‑and‑forth, the dealership repaired it at no cost. Even then, I couldn’t get a clear explanation of what actually happened or how it related to the previous repair. I’m glad the car is fixed now, but the lack of transparency, long repair time, and the amount of effort required just to get basic support, despite having Ford’s extended warranty, has really damaged my trust in this service department. More

No one will acknowledge you when you walk in. Never call to let you know car is ready. Quoted $79 for an oil change, ended up being $119 with taxes fees and extra oil. How does Ford not know how much oil goes in their engines? Tried to bill me 130$ for the oil change because the labor was input wrong. Technicians managed to install the wall panels over top of the seat belts once, and no one noticed until I went to drive it away after 5pm. Had to come back next day. Never have had a good experience with the service department over the 50k miles I've had my truck. More

It was way too expensive and took way too long. Dropped truck off at 10 am. Was not done until 3:30 pm. Was very disappointed with their service this time.
